How to activate HelloWork
This is a paid-for job board. Therefore, you need to have a contract with them in order to use the integration.
Go to our Marketplace
Search for HelloWork using the search bar
Click on Activate
👉 Fill in the email address linked to your HelloWork account and save.
How to send your jobs to HelloWork from Teamtailor
Go into the Promote tab of your job
Click on HelloWork in the section "Activated job boards"
Fill out all the required fields (*)
Click on Publish
FAQ
Duration - Refresh - Time for the update
Your jobs will be displayed for 30 days. The promotion will be automatically updated when you edit your job ad. To see the update on the Hellowork, you need to wait up to 72 hours.
How can I activate Direct Apply?
You need to contact HelloWork for this request. It cannot be done on the Teamtailor side.
What about the options?
If you select only one option (like the contract type: CDI), then only this option will be displayed on HelloWork. However, if you leave the selection blank, all the options will be shown on HelloWork.
