Co-pilot: Question translations

Save time with automatic translations for your questions

Updated this week

A Company Admin user needs to activate Co-pilot and the Career sites in multiple languages feature in the Add-on feature center to get started.

Once activated, the Question translations feature can be toggled on/off under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Content creation.

When creating and editing questions in Teamtailor, Co-pilot can help generate translations automatically. Based on the original question, it suggests translations in your enabled languages, helping you save time and deliver a localized application experience.

You will review the translations before publishing to ensure they match your preferred tone and wording.

Create question

Start by creating or editing a question under Settings → Recruitment → Questions. You can read more about the different question types and settings here.

Translate question

Each language you’ve added under Settings → Content → Career site will have a dedicated tab where you can create and manage the translation.

Click one of the tabs, and Co-pilot will start translating the question and description into the selected languages.

Review translation

Once the translations have been added, review them and click Done in the call-out for each language.

After reviewing all translations, click Save at the bottom of the page to apply the changes to the question and its translations.

Translate existing questions

In the overview under Settings → Recruitment → Questions, the Translations to handle column gives you an overview of your translations. From here, you can easily generate translations for existing questions with one click. All that’s left to do is review and save them.
