Using the Teamtailor mobile app, you can audio record a physical meeting and get a transcript of what was said. The meeting recording will also allow you to use Co-pilot to Answer interview kit questions, as well as provide Meeting insights.

Once the feature is activated, you will see an option on the meeting in the mobile app where you can Set up audio recording. Click the record button to start the recording.

To ensure the best result, place the phone at an equal distance from you and the other participants in the meeting. Once you've finished, click stop, and the recording will be uploaded automatically.

The recording will generate a transcript that can be accessed in the meeting details through the desktop version of Teamtailor. Click the View summary button to see the full transcript. If you use the Co-pilot feature Meeting insights, it will also be displayed here.
