A Company Admin user needs to activate Co-pilot in the Add-on feature center to get started.

In addition to Co-pilot, the Interview kits and Recordable video meetings add-on features need to be activated.

Once activated, the Interview kit answers feature can be toggled on/off under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Meetings and feedback.

Co-pilot can help to generate answers to the questions added in an Interview kit asked during meetings with your candidates. This way, you can focus on the meeting instead of noting down their answers.

Setup

To ensure the answers are recorded during the meeting, you will need to follow these steps when you book a meeting:

  1. Select Teamtailor Video in the Location/Video call field.

  2. Check the Record meeting option to ensure the answers can be recorded.

  3. Select the interview kit that should be used during the video meeting.

  4. Once everything else is filled out, go ahead and book the meeting!

The recording will automatically start once the candidate joins the meeting. The user participants will also be able to manually click record if they wish to initiate it before the candidate joins.

If you are using an external video meeting service instead of Teamtailor’s built-in video meeting service, you need to activate the Co-pilot feature Meeting insights, for the answers to be filled out in the interview kit.

The organizer must also admit the Co-Pilot bot from the waiting room to ensure the meeting is recorded.

Interview kit feedback

Once the meeting has ended, Co-pilot will try to answer the interview kit questions based on the transcript generated from the recording.

The interview kit feedback will be added under the Evaluation section on the left-hand side of the candidate card. All question types supported in the interview kit can be answered by Co-pilot.

If you identify an answer as incorrect, you can remove it manually by hovering over it and clicking the garbage bin icon.

You can then provide the correct answer yourself, just as you normally would under the Evaluation tab on the right-hand side of the candidate card.

If you are using Career sites in multiple languages it will generate the answers based on the chosen job ad language in the job.

If not, it will use the company's career site language chosen under Settings → Content → Career site. This is regardless of which language the video meeting was held in.
