In the block Supporting content, you're able to display info to your visitors and potential candidates. Add a description or share your visions, tell them why you're the best company in the field. Take the opportunity to brag a little, and make sure not to be too formal in your language. 

To add the content, go to your Page and click the big ➕ under the section Supporting content. This is also where you're able to see and edit the ones already added. 

Then, it's just a matter of adding the content. The block will then be displayed in a great-looking text slideshow on the left hand side of your lead page.
