Each career site is made up of various pages, each serving a specific purpose. Some pages are automatically generated when you set up your Teamtailor account, while others can be custom-created to suit your needs.
In this article, you'll discover the different types of pages you can add and how to design them to align with your goals.
Your main career site is built on a foundation of several default pages. Learn more about them in our article here.
Custom pages
Custom pages can be added in the Content editor at the top right-hand corner by clicking the pink + button. Here you can choose which page type best fits your needs.
On each page, you can add different types of content blocks to build and design them.
Campaign pages
While your main careers site focuses on general employer branding and career opportunities, a Campaign page allows you to include content tailored to a specific target group. By adding targeted content, you can address them directly and provide information unique to this audience.
Examples:
List job opportunities targeted towards a specific group of people
Create a landing page for an event that includes details and an RSVP option
Encourage students to Connect with your company, nurture that relationship, and they’ll turn to you when they’re ready to work
Lead pages
A Lead page serves as an alternative to traditional job ads, specifically designed to engage passive candidates - those who may not actively seek new opportunities but have valuable skills to offer.
These pages aim to attract hard-to-reach applicants with minimal sign-up requirements, only an email or phone number. They are focused on initiating contact with potential candidates and helping generate interest in the company rather than a specific job, allowing for follow-up communication.
Examples:
Lead page to capture passive candidates based on a role or skill
Lead generation page for upcoming events, webinars, or workshops
Lead page for sign-ups for games or lotteries at job fairs

Post pages
Adding Posts allows for long-term engagement by updating content over time, much like running your own blog. You can create dynamic, modern, and personalized content to share on your career site and with connected candidates. These posts can highlight your company culture, showcase employee stories, or share the company’s perspectives on important topics, giving potential candidates better insight into what it's like to work at your company.
Examples:
Share stories from different departments, highlighting what a typical workday looks like
Write about your company’s initiatives and efforts to build an inclusive workplace
Highlight key aspects that make your company stand out as a great employer

Template pages
By creating content Templates, you can customize the content displayed on the job ad pages based on specific criteria. This ensures consistency across all job ads for a particular department, location, or even recruiter, simplifying the process of maintaining a unified layout across similar postings.

Blank pages
A Blank page can serve as a landing page for multiple purposes. As the name suggests a blank page can be customized to fit your needs. It could feature a photo gallery, additional company information, informative videos, or whatever you want!
Examples:
Seasonal content, such as community and charity involvement
Highlight company initiatives for diversity and sustainability
Presentation of company values and mission
Page settings
The Campaign, Lead, Post, and Blank pages can be used as stand-alone pages outside of the main career site. Once published, you can access the page URL and share it anywhere you'd like.
Add to navigation
If you want to give a page visibility on the career site you have the option of adding it into the navigation menu.
Head over to the Home page and open the Header & navigation block. At the bottom click the + button and choose the page in question from the list.
Candidate interaction
Make sure you are available for any questions the visitors might have by enabling the candidate interaction option on the page. Read more about this here!
