Which setup should my company use?

Below, you will find a breakdown of when each setup is suitable.

Using a single account

Using a single account may be a good fit when you wish to have only one career site with one brand and only one platform in the backend.

More specifically, you may use a single account when you:

  • Only have one form of branding within your organization

  • Only want to have one career site

  • Have a centralized recruitment team working across the entire organization

  • Have the same privacy requirements in different countries or regions

  • Use the same integrations or job boards

  • Want to have one global candidate database

Using the Group solution

Using the Group solution may be a good fit when you wish to have multiple career sites for different brands or entities with separate backend platforms for those respective brands or entities.

More specifically, you may use the Group solution when you:

  • Want to have multi-branding for your career sites

  • Have a decentralized recruitment team per entity, region or brand

  • Have separate privacy requirements and wish to apply different settings for these

  • Have separate integrations or job board contracts

  • Want to have separate candidate databases

  • Easily want to limit access for your employees to their own entity, region, or brand

Using the Divisions feature

Using Divisions may be a good fit when you wish to have multiple career sites for different brands or entities, but you also want to have the same backend platform with the same settings and candidate database.

You should use Divisions when you:

  • Want to have multi-branding for your career sites

  • Have a centralized recruitment team working with recruitment globally

  • Have the same privacy requirements in different countries or regions

  • Use the same integrations or job boards across different entities

  • Want to have a global candidate database
