Our goal is to help you attract top candidates by increasing the visibility of your job openings.

The Career button widget boosts traffic to your career site by displaying a sleek button on the left or right side of your website. Visitors can click to expand it and preview job openings, team profiles, and departments, or simply browse your career site. This helps drive engagement and ensures the right people see your ads.

Create the widget

The widget is created in your Teamtailor account under Settings → Recruitment → Widgets. Here, you will find the option to configure and customize the widget.

Position & Color

Start by selecting the placement of the widget on the page (left/right and top/bottom). Use the color selector to choose the widget’s color by entering your brand's hex code, ensuring it matches your design.

Language

The widget will, by default, use the language set for your career site under Settings → Content → Career site → Language. If you're using our Multiple languages feature, you'll have the option to select the language for your widget.

Career widget code

Once these simple settings are configured, the script is ready for use. Just copy the script and paste it before the </body> tag on any webpage where you'd like the widget to appear.

To integrate the widget, you’ll need access to your web pages and the ability to insert code.

Content of the widget

The Career widget serves as a mini version of your career site. It features the SEO title added in the settings of your Home page in Content, followed by three content sections that link directly to your career site.

Latest jobs

The three most recent job openings will be shown, along with a View all jobs button that takes visitors to the main Jobs page of your career site.

Our team

A random selection of three employees will be displayed, with a View all employees button that directs visitors to the main People page on your career site.

Departments

Three randomly selected departments will be highlighted, followed by a View all departments button that leads visitors to the main Departments page of your career site.
