A job list widget allows you to display job opportunities clearly and interactively, with different filter options.
By adding the generated script to your site – a job list appears, linking directly to the ads on your career site. You'll find this by navigating to Settings → Integrations → Widgets in your Teamtailor account.
Before generating the script, you have a few options, allowing you to customize this widget. Let’s check them out:
Job feed
Start off by deciding which jobs you want to include in the widget:
Job feed | Description |
Jobs visible on the careers site | Include all jobs published on the career site |
Internal | Include all jobs published as internal |
A combination of public and internal jobs | Include all jobs published both on the career site and as internal |
Department / Location / Language
When you’ve decided which type of jobs to include in this list, you can select if you want to limit this to a specific department, location, and/or language*. This means only jobs matching these criteria will included in the widget.
* The Languages field will only be available if you are using our feature Multiple languages.
Widget options
You will also be presented with some widget options, where you control what to include in this job list.
Department select* | Allow visitors to filter jobs by department. |
Role select | Allow visitors to filter jobs by role. |
Region select | Allow visitors to filter jobs by region. |
Location select* | Allow visitors to filter jobs by location. |
Language select** | Allow visitors to filter jobs by job ad language. |
Remote status select | Allow visitors to filter jobs by remote status. |
Open links in a new window | Jobs will be opened in another window/tab of your browser once clicked. |
Pagination | Divide the jobs into different pages, and allow visitors to browse all available jobs. |
Number of jobs | Decide how many jobs to include in your script from 1 to 30. If you’ve added Pagination, this is the number of jobs per page. |
*These options are excluded if you limit jobs within a specific department and/or location in the previous step.
**This option will only be available if you are using our feature Multiple languages.
Generate widget
When you’re all set with your settings, simply click Generate widget and you’ll see the script. Copy and paste this one to wherever you want to include this list. It really is as simple as that!
Multiple widgets
To display multiple widgets on the same page, simply insert the <div> tag wherever you want the widget to appear. Each widget can have unique options, which are specified as data attributes within the <div> tag.
Group solution: Include jobs from all group companies
If you’re working with our Group solution, you can create a widget that includes jobs from all companies connected to the parent company.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Widgets in the parent company account. Here you’ll find the follow settings available:
1. Group companies: Decide if you want to include jobs from all child companies.
2. Group company select: Allow your visitors to filter jobs by the company they are posted in.
