We’ve launched a new and improved LinkedIn integration that allows you to order and activate LinkedIn job ads directly via the Promote page in Teamtailor.

With this setup, you can easily choose between our Small, Medium, and Large packages and activate LinkedIn job advertising without leaving the platform.

To ensure a smooth activation, there are two mandatory requirements that must be fulfilled before you can place an order.

What’s New with the LinkedIn Integration?

  • Order LinkedIn job ads directly via Promote in Teamtailor

  • Choose between Small, Medium, and Large packages

  • No manual back-and-forth needed to activate ads

  • Faster and more streamlined set-up

Requirements before activating LinkedIn Ads

1. At least one location set up in Teamtailor

To activate LinkedIn job ads, your account needs to have at least one location (address) configured. This is a requirement from LinkedIn and is usually already in place for most customers.

The location can be:

  • Your company’s main office address

  • The address connected to the specific job you are advertising

2. Your LinkedIn Company ID

To activate LinkedIn’s Paid for Performance job ads, Teamtailor needs your LinkedIn Company ID. This can only be accessed by a LinkedIn Company Page Admin.

How to find the LinkedIn Company ID:

  1. Log in to LinkedIn

  2. Go to your Company Page

  3. If you are an admin, the Company ID is visible in the URL of your browser (usually the last numbers in the link)

If you don’t have admin access, contact the person in your organization who manages your LinkedIn Company Page and ask them to share the Company ID with you.

3. Promote a job

Once a location is set up in Teamtailor and your LinkedIn Company ID is added.

  • Go to the Promote page

  • Select LinkedIn

  • Choose Small, Medium, or Large

  • Activate your job ad

And you are all set!
