What does the integration do?

By activating our integration with Korn Ferry, you will be able to create assessment orders and to add triggers that automatically send tests to your candidates. Once a candidate has completed the assessments, you will see the available reports on the candidate card in Teamtailor.

How to get started

Start with activating Korn Ferry in your Teamtailor Marketplace.
In order to set up the integration between both systems, you will need to ask Korn Ferry about your Client ID and ClientSecret ID.
You can head to your Teamtailor platform -> Settings -> Marketplace activations -> Korn Ferry. Here you can add the IDs provided by Korn Ferry.

As always, don't forget to click "update".

You have now connected your systems and can continue with activating the integration.

How to use the integration

Our integration with Korn Ferry works two ways, via a trigger or manually for an individual candidate.

How to use the trigger method:

Adding a trigger means that you can automate the process of activating the integration for any candidate moved to a specific stage of your job process.

Once you have activated triggers in your platform, you will be able to find a new trigger called "Send Korn Ferry webhook" that you can add to any stage. When setting this up, you can add some first settings:

As soon as a candidate is moved to this stage, the Korn Ferry assessment will be send to the candidate.

How to send a test to a candidate without a trigger

Head to a candidate that you want to send a Korn Ferry test to. In the candidate card you can click on "More" on the bottom of the card and then "Add integrations":

Select "Korn Ferry" and set up required information.

What happens next?

If you chose to send the candidate via trigger or directly from the card, now the candidate will receive the link to the assessment test and is able to work on it.

Once the test is completed, the results and a status update are sent back to the candidate card within Teamtailor.

You are able to directly access the results via the "Assessment Result" button. You are also able to see a summary within Teamtailor when clicking on the three dots in the right corner:
