By activating the Identia integration, you'll be able to add triggers that automatically send assessments to candidates.

To enable the integration between Identia and Teamtailor, you connect your existing Identia account to Teamtailor through our Marketplace page. Head over to the marketplace in the Teamtailor application, search for Identia, and click Activate.

Step 1. Activate Identia in the marketplace of the Teamtailor application

You will be redirected to the activations page in your settings where you can add your Identia integration key. You can request this integration key via Identia (click for English video // click for Spanish video). In case the Teamtailor application shows a default key, make sure to replace the key with your Identia key.

Step 2. Add your Identia integration key

Now the integration is activated you can head over to one of your jobs in Teamtailor. From the applications view, you should click on the Triggers symbol (1).

Select the stage from which you want the transfer to trigger by clicking the ➕ (2) in that stage. Candidates that are moved to this stage will be automatically send an email to the assessment.

Select Send Identia webhook to add the trigger.

The integration allows you to select the assessments that should be send to the candidate. You can also set the language and level. When you’re done with the trigger setup, click Add Trigger.

When the trigger is activated by moving a candidate into the stage, the assessment will be created in Identia and an invitation email will be send from Identia to the candidate. Once all the assessments have been completed Identia will send the results back to Teamtailor.

💡 If you want to automatically move candidates between stages based on their results, tick the check-box Move candidate when complete and follow the instructions.

After the candidate has completed their assessments, you can find the results on the candidate card in Teamtailor.

Click on the URL link in the candidate card to open the real time report in Identia.
