Getting started in Teamtailor
To enable the integration between Vervoe and Teamtailor, you connect your existing Vervoe account to Teamtailor through our Marketplace page.
First things first: collect your Vervoe API key and Secret key from your Vervoe account (via the menu > Integrations > Vervoe API).
Next, in these settings you have to set the Webhook url to https://q0az5zxkfj.execute-api.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/production/results.
Then return to the Teamtailor marketplace, search for Vervoe, and click Activate.

You will be redirected to the activations page in your Teamtailor settings where you can add your Vervoe API key and Secret key. Click 'Finish installation'.

Set up the trigger in Teamtailor
Now the integration is activated you can head over to one of your jobs in Teamtailor. From the applications view, you should click on the Triggers symbol (1).
Select the stage from which you want the transfer to trigger by clicking the ➕ (2) in that stage. Candidates that are moved to this stage will be automatically receiving an invite for a Vervoe assessment.
Select Send Vervoe assessment to add the trigger.
Complete the configuration by selecting the assessment you want to use for the trigger. The dropdown will show all assessments you have in your Vervoe account. Click 'Add trigger' to complete the set up.
Note: the required fields on the candidate card for the Vervoe integration are first name, last name and email address. Without these fields the integration will return an error.
Using the integration
Candidates that are moved to the stage where the Vervoe trigger is added will be automatically receiving an e-mail invite to the Vervoe assessment.
On the candidate card in Teamtailor you will see the status of the assessment (sending / pending / completed). Once completed you can also review the overall score, and navigate to the results in Vervoe by clicking on the 'Assessment details' link.
In your Vervoe account you can also find the candidate on the 'All Candidates' tab, and you can navigate to each assessment page to view the candidates and their results.
Note: Vervoe only allows one assessment per e-mail / candidate. If the same candidate applies to several jobs, you can use the results of the assessment for multiple jobs. In case you do want to the candidate to complete a new assessment, for example when there is significant time between applications, you have to manually delete the results from Vervoe and Teamtailor. Afterwards you can move the candidate into the stage where you have the trigger set up, or manually trigger the integration from the candidate card.
What data is transferred?

Status of assessment
