Activation steps in Jig by Semac

Before you start the activation process in Teamtailor, you need to create an App in your API settings, inside Jig by Semac.

The App name can be Teamtailor, and the Grant type should be set to Authorization Code.

In the Authorized redirect URIs field - insert one of the following URL's, depending on which Teamtailor-stack your account is based in.

Below you will find a screenshot of how the app should be configured, if your Teamtailor account is in the North American server.

Once you have ensured the app has been created, navigate to the Marketplace - accessible from any page within your Teamtailor dashboard, by clicking on your company name at the top right corner. ​

To enable the integration, you first have to connect your existing Jig account through our Marketplace page. Once the integration is activated, you will be redirected to the configuration settings.

In the configuration settings you will need to add your "Semac client ID" and "Semac Client Secret":

Set up the workflow on Teamtailor

You can set up the Jig trigger and send assesments automatically to the candidate once they are moved to the stage that trigger is added to.

Start by going to the job where you would like to add the Jig trigger. Click on the Triggers wand at the top right-hand corner and + Add trigger in the Hired stage. Choose Send Jig by Semac webhook to set it up.

Make sure that you configure the mandatory settings for the trigger before finalizing the setup (selecting the specific assesment you want to send to the candidates).

When a candidate has taken the tests, you will see this little donut showing up on the candidate's card.
