Partner: Ypareo (HR System)
The integration with Ypareo allows you to seamlessly connect your recruitment workflows with your HR and training management system.
What does the integration do?
Ypareo is a comprehensive HR and school/training management system. By activating this integration, you can automatically export hired candidates or new students from Teamtailor directly into your Ypareo database. This eliminates manual data entry, ensuring candidate information flows securely into your core HR system.
How to get started
To enable the integration, you will first need to navigate to the Marketplace within your Teamtailor platform.
Go to Marketplace and search for Ypareo.
Click Activate.
In the setup window, fill out the required activation configuration credentials provided by Ypareo:
Domain – Your specific Ypareo domain (each client has their own unique URL).
API Key – Your secret API key to authenticate the connection.
Click Save to finalize the activation.
How to use the integration
Once the integration is active, you can set up a trigger to automatically push candidate profiles to Ypareo when they move into a specific stage (e.g., Hired). To ensure the data transfers successfully, certain information is required. For some data, you will need to create specific candidate custom fields in your settings.
Required Fields
The following information must be provided to successfully send a candidate to Ypareo. While basic contact details are standard, you will need to set up the rest as candidate custom fields. Make sure the API names for your custom fields match the ones below exactly:

Setting up the trigger
To start sending candidates to Ypareo automatically, you will need to add a trigger to your chosen recruitment stage:
Go to the specific job and click on the Triggers tab in the stage where you want the action to happen (e.g., Reviewing or Hired).
Select Ypareo from your list of available triggers.
Fill out the configuration fields in the setup window:
Site – Select the specific company site or location where this candidate should be added in Ypareo.
Formation souhaitée – Choose the training program or course you want to assign the candidate to.
Move candidate when complete – Toggle this on if you want the candidate to automatically advance to the next stage in Teamtailor after their data is successfully sent to Ypareo.Click Add trigger to save your settings.
Once saved, moving a candidate into this stage will automatically push their details straight into your Ypareo system.
