Our new integration with Grupo Castilla makes it easy to connect your recruitment process in Teamtailor with one of Spain’s leading HR and payroll management platforms. Grupo Castilla offers a complete suite of tools for managing employee data, payroll, time tracking, and HR administration. With this integration, you can automatically sync candidate and employee information between Teamtailor and Grupo Castilla, saving time and reducing manual work.
Getting started
To activate the integration, navigate to the marketplace - accessible from any page within your Teamtailor dashboard, by clicking on your company name at the top right corner.
Inside the Marketplace, locate the Grupo Castilla card by either searching for it directly in the search bar, or navigating through our categories. Click on the Grupo Castilla-icon to read more about the partner, and also activate the integration.
Once you have clicked on the "Activate"-button, you will need to fill the required credentials, in order for activation process to start.
When you have finished adding the necessary credentials in the activation pop-up, click on the "Finish installation"-button. Now, you and your team is ready to use the integration inside Teamtailor.
Setting up the workflow in Teamtailor
There are two ways to use the integration inside Teamtailor.
Automated Triggers
Enter any job or job-template you wish to add the Grupo Castilla-trigger to.
Add a new trigger, and select the option "Send Grupo Castilla Webhook" from the drop-down menu. In the pop-up page that appears, simply click on the "Add trigger"-button to place the trigger to the selected stage.
Once the trigger has been added to the stage inside the job, any candidate that is moved to the stage containing this trigger, will be created as an employee in your Grupo Castilla account.
Manual trigger of integration
In some cases, you might want to trigger the integration, without moving the candidate between stages in your job-process, eliminating the need of a trigger in this case.
To do so, while viewing any candidate - click on these three dots:
And then select the option, "Add integrations".
Select the Grupo Castilla icon to proceed - and then the "Send Webhook"-button to confirm the creation of the employee in Grupo Castilla.
What happens when the integration is triggered
In the activity section on the candidate-card in Teamtailor, you should see that the integration has been triggered on the candidate-card, and the timestamp of that action.
On the center of the candidate-card, you will be able to follow the status of the webhook/trigger. If the candidate was successfully sent to Grupo Castilla with no errors, you will see the green status "Sent". This means that you should be able to locate the employee inside your Grupo Castilla account.
If there were any issues when trying to send the candidate to Grupo Castilla, you will see the status, "Failed". The error-message should state the cause of the error, allowing you to make the necessary adjustments and try again. If further assistance is needed, reach out to the support-team at Teamtailor.

The following candidate fields are required to use the integration:
Candidates first name
Candidates last name
Candidates email-address
Custom fields
Candidates NIF number (API field name "NIF", field type: text)
Gender (API field name "Gender", field type: select, options "M" for male and "V" for female)

Apellido 2 (API field name "apellido2", field type: text)
Siglas (API field name "siglas", field type: text)
Domicilio (API field name "domicilio", field type: text)
