What does the integration do?
This integration allows you to connect your JetHR and your Teamtailor platforms. This means you will be able to send a candidate from within your Teamtailor platform and it will automatically create an employee in JetHR.
How to get started
Start with activating JetHR in your Teamtailor Marketplace.
You will need an API key from JetHR. To create one, log in to JetHR and go to Impostazioni azienda (Company settings) > API, where you can generate a new API key.
You will now find the JetHR integration under your account settings -> Marketplace activations. To activate the integration, add your JetHR API key here and click "Update".

Once your credentials are saved, your systems are connected and the integration is activated.
How to use the integration
Our integration with JetHR works two ways, via a trigger or manually for an individual candidate.
How to use the trigger method
Adding a trigger means that you can automate the process of activating the integration for any candidate moved to a specific stage of your job process.
Once you have activated triggers in your platform, you will be able to find a new trigger called "Send JetHR webhook" that you can add to any stage. When setting this up, you can configure the settings and add additional information, if wanted.

As soon as a candidate is moved to this stage, the information will be sent to JetHR.
How to send a candidate without a trigger
Head to a candidate that you want to send to JetHR. In the candidate card you can click on "More" at the bottom of the card and then "Add integrations":

Select "JetHR" and set up the information that you desire.
What happens next?
If you chose to send the candidate via trigger or directly from the card, the candidate information will be sent to JetHR and an employee will be created in JetHR.
Within the candidate card in Teamtailor, you will be able to see the status of the integration. 🎉
