Deadlines make it easier to set and achieve internal recruitment goals. Set a Deadline for stages in your recruitment process by which you expect to complete all activities for that stage, ensuring that all candidates have either moved forward or been rejected by the set date.

You can see if a stage has a deadline by opening the settings for it and once you've passed the deadline the warning message Deadline has passed will appear.

Set a deadline

Adding a deadline as a stage option can done through the job editing mode or directly from the recruitment process view.

In the job editing mode

A stage deadline can be added when you are creating or editing a job under the step Stages. Here, click on Stage actions, add Deadline, and set the date.

From the recruitment process view

To add a stage deadline directly in the recruitment process, hover over the specific stage and click the three dots in the top right corner. There, click Deadline and set the date.
