With Guide time we make it easier for you to set and achieve your internal goals and the best candidate experience in your recruitment processes.

Set the maximum amount of time you want your candidates to stay in a specific stage before you should take action. Once this time frame has passed, the candidate will be marked as Overdue. As soon as you take action (move the candidate forward or reject the candidate) the indication will be removed, and you are back on track!

If a stage contains overdue candidates, you’ll see this at the very top of the stage. Click it to filter out the overdue candidates, to make it easy to know which candidates should be prioritized.

Set guide time

Adding guide time as a stage option can done through the job editing mode or directly from the recruitment process view.

In the job editing mode

A stage deadline can be added when you are creating or editing a job under the step Stages. Here, click on Stage actions, add Guide time, and set the time frame.

From the recruitment process view

To add guide time directly in the recruitment process view, hover over the specific stage and click the three dots in the top right corner. There, click Guide time and set the time frame.
