Let’s go through them one by one, followed by other helpful tools available across the platform.
Reviews
Reviews work as a quick way to rate the candidate's fit for your company and/or job application. You can add a star rating and include an optional comment to provide additional context. There are two types of reviews, each designed for a different purpose:
Candidate review (orange stars):
An assessment of how well the candidate fits your company overall. This is especially useful if the candidate hasn’t applied for a specific role yet, as it provides an indication for future opportunities.
Job application review (yellow stars):
An assessment of how well the candidate suits a specific role and the quality of their application. A valuable screening tool for the early hiring stages, helping your team quickly identify applications that best meet the requirements.

Job scorecards
A Job scorecard can be set up within a job process to define the key skills and traits your ideal hire should possess. This ensures that you and your hiring team stay aligned on which candidates should progress through the process.
Once the criteria are saved, they become available for the hiring team to use when evaluating candidates for that specific role. Each skill and trait can be rated on a scale from 1 to 5, along with additional comments that can be added.

Job match score
A Job match score will be generated once the skills and traits from a Job scorecard have been evaluated. It will appear as a pink bar with a percentage that indicates how well the candidate fits the position.
The score will be based on both the evaluated skills and traits and their assigned weights from the Job scorecard.

Interview kits
An interview kit helps you create a structured guideline for conducting interviews, including the specific questions your team should ask to evaluate candidates. These questions can focus on relevant skills and traits, as well as practical matters such as availability or administrative details.
The selected interview kits will be accessible to the hiring team via the candidate card during both live and video interviews. The user conducting the interview can use the kit to note the candidate's answers and add their own comments.
Keeping everything in one place brings structure to the process and encourages further discussion within the hiring team.

Quality of Hire
Our Quality of Hire evaluation helps you assess whether your recruitment efforts resulted in successful hires. The evaluation can be scheduled manually or automatically and is sent to a selected user after a defined period, giving them the opportunity to reflect on whether they would rehire the candidate. It also includes the option to re-score the candidate’s skills and traits, as defined in the job scorecard, helping you identify areas for improvement in your recruitment process.
Once the evaluation has been submitted, you will see a comparison between the scores from the recruitment process and the new scores post-hire. This provides valuable insights to help improve future recruitment efforts.
