Implement a customizable Hiring widget on your website that links directly to your Teamtailor career site

Use the Hiring widget to showcase that your team is growing. Its main purpose is to drive more traffic to your Teamtailor career site and job listings by featuring them on other websites.

You can access the widget settings by going to Settings → Integrations → Widgets in your account, where you’ll find the Hiring option. The widget can be displayed as either a badge or a banner.

Badge

The badge widget comes with a number and text option and can be put right next to an element on the intended page.

Start by selecting the Badge option, and check "Use custom text" to add the text. One option is to add a number to indicate the number of open positions right now, or a text highlighting that you are hiring. Finally, select the color you wish the badge to have.

Once you’re happy with the widget’s setup, all that’s left to do is copy the automatically generated code and paste it into the editor of the page where you want to add the widget.

The first code (the script), you will probably want to add to the <head> tag, and the second code (the span element), you place where you want the badge to appear.

Banner

You also have the option of adding a banner to place on the external page of your choosing.

When creating a Banner, you add the text of the banner and include a link where the visitors will end up when clicking on it. Adjust the color settings so they are in line with your brand.

Once the banner has been created, copy the automatically created code and paste it into the editor of the page you wish to add the banner.

Please note that the Teamtailor team cannot assist with the final installation of the widget on your external page. For any questions regarding this, we recommend reaching out to your internal team responsible for managing your website.
