By activating the Rippling integration, you'll be able to add triggers that automatically send candidates from Teamtailor to Rippling.

Getting started in Teamtailor
To enable the integration between Rippling and Teamtailor, you connect your existing Rippling account to Teamtailor through our Marketplace page. Head over to the marketplace in the Teamtailor application, search for Rippling, and click Activate.
You will be redirected to the Rippling platform to complete the integration. You'll need a Rippling account and follow the steps. Watch the video below for visual instructions!
Set up the trigger in Teamtailor
Now the integration is activated you can head over to one of your jobs in Teamtailor. From the applications view, you should click on the Triggers symbol (1).
Select the stage from which you want the transfer to trigger by clicking the ➕ (2) in that stage. Candidates that are moved to this stage will be automatically send to Rippling.
Select Send Rippling webhook to add the trigger.
When you’re done with the trigger setup, click Add Trigger.
Every time a candidate reaches the selected stage, the candidate data will be transferred to create an employee in Rippling.
💡 If you want to automatically move candidates between stages based on their results, tick the check-box Move candidate when complete and follow the instructions.
