Start by activating the Recordable video meetings feature. Under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → The interview process, toggle on Answer interview kit questions:
Note that this is only supported using Teamtailor's video meeting service and the meeting needs to be recorded using the Recordable video meetings feature.
For Co-pilot to be able to generate answers to the interview kit questions, the meeting needs to be created with the Interview kit added when scheduling the meeting.
Note that the team member/s needs to join the meeting from within the Teamtailor platform by clicking the Join button.
This is needed for the record button to show up inside the meeting:
Co-pilot will try to answer the interview kit questions based on the transcript from the video meeting. This works for any question type, e.g. text, multiple choice, etc.
If you identify an answer as being wrong, you can remove it manually by clicking the garbage bin icon next to the question. It will then allow you to provide the correct answer yourself, just as you would normally.
💬 If you are using Career sites in multiple languages it will generate the answers based on the chosen job ad language in the job.
If not it will use the company's career site language chosen under Settings → Content / Career site → Language. This is regardless of which language the video meeting was held in.
