Job symbols make it easier to distinguish jobs throughout Teamtailor. The default symbol will have a grey background color and the initial letter of the title, but it can easily be customized.
Job symbols are intended for internal use and will not be shown on the job ads.
Where will it be displayed?
The job symbol will be shown in various places in the platform, for example, in Job comments, in the job applications section on the candidate's profile, and in the jobs list.
Edit symbol for new jobs
When creating a new job, you can add a job symbol next to the internal title.
Edit symbol for existing jobs
If you can edit jobs, you will find the option by hovering over one of the jobs in your jobs list.
It can also be changed in the job view by clicking the three dots.
Now, choose whether you want to work with letters, emojis, or icons and pick a background color.
