How to activate LinkedIn P4P

Activation takes just a few steps:


Step 1: Go to Promote

Navigate to the job you want to advertise and open the Promote tab.


Step 2: Make sure you have:

  • At least one job location added

  • Your LinkedIn Company ID connected

You can find your Company ID in your LinkedIn company page settings (only admins have access).


Step 3: Choose your package

Select Small, Medium, or Large depending on your needs.

Once activated, LinkedIn will begin optimizing delivery automatically.

Refreshing or updating a LinkedIn P4P promotion

Once a LinkedIn P4P promotion is active, you may want to either extend the campaign or adjust the job content.

It’s important to know that refreshing and updating a promotion are two different actions.

Refreshing a promotion

Refreshing renews the existing LinkedIn P4P promotion and extends the campaign by 30 days.

Updating a promotion
