When managing multiple jobs, the Applications view helps you keep track of candidates across different recruitment processes. By bringing all applications into one place, it provides a clear overview of your hiring efforts across active jobs.
Use filters to focus on the jobs, stages, and candidates that need your attention. This allows you to quickly see where candidates are in the recruitment process and determine the next steps.
Applications
The Applications view provides a clear overview of your recruitment processes and can be accessed from the top navigation.
This view is filtered to display applications from:
My jobs: Jobs you have access to as a recruiter or through the hiring team.
Active jobs: Displays jobs with an active recruitment process, including the job statuses Published, Unlisted, and Expired.
To support different ways of working, you can view applications in two different layouts:
Board view
The Board view displays applications as a recruitment pipeline, with each stage represented in the same way as within the job process view. This familiar layout makes it easy to quickly understand where candidates are in the hiring process.
From the board, you can drag and drop candidates between stages to update their progression. This allows you to manage applications across multiple recruitment processes without having to navigate into each job separately.
If further action is required, open the candidate card to view the full profile and complete your recruitment tasks.
Hide empty stages
A great way to stay focused and reduce distractions is to hide empty stages. By displaying only stages with active applicants, you get a clearer overview of your recruitment processes and can quickly identify where attention is needed.
List view
The List view provides a centralized overview of all applications in a single table format, making it ideal for reviewing and managing large numbers of candidates across multiple recruitment processes.
You'll recognize this layout from the candidate bank, where information is presented in a clear and structured list. The view allows you to quickly scan candidate details, sort and filter results, and identify candidates that require attention.
Use this view when you need a high-level overview of your recruitment activity or when you want to work through applications efficiently using filters.
Additional candidate statuses
Besides the default candidate statuses, an additional set of statuses will appear on applicants in the Applications view. These badges are designed to help you quickly identify candidates who need your attention and take action.

Filters and sorting
At the top of the Applications view, you'll find several options that help you customize and organize your overview. These tools make it easier to focus on the information that matters most to you and work more efficiently with your applications.
Option | Description | Visuals |
Add filter | Use filters to create a more relevant and focused overview of your applications.
Job filters are applied to the jobs displayed in the view, allowing you to focus on specific departments, locations, or other job-related criteria.
Candidate filters are applied to the applicants within those jobs, helping you narrow down candidates based on factors such as tags, skills and traits, or other candidate attributes. |
|
Search | The search bar targets candidates and allows you to quickly locate specific applicants within your view.
Simply enter a candidate's name or other searchable information to find matching candidates without having to manually browse through jobs and applications. |
|
Sort | The sort option allows you to change the order in which jobs are displayed in the Applications view.
Depending on your workflow, you can organize jobs based on criteria such as:
|
|
Pin job | Pinning a job allows you to keep important or frequently accessed jobs at the top of your Applications view.
Pinned jobs remain easily accessible regardless of how the rest of the list is sorted, helping you quickly navigate to the roles you work with most often. |
|
To ensure a smooth experience, your selected filters, sorting preferences, and pinned jobs will be saved when you return to the Applications view.
