The integration with ADP Workforce Now is available for customers in North-America. Soon we're also launching an integration for customers in Canada!
Getting started in ADP
Teamtailor offers different activation methods for the ADP Workforce Now integration depending on the connector version. Regardless of the activation method, the integration behaves the same after activation is complete.

We offer the ADP Workforce Now integration in North America. Soon we're also launching support for Canada. Depending on your region you will need to activate the integration from the corresponding ADP Marketplace.

In the Teamtailor marketplace you will also need to select the correct version (North America or Canada).

Activating the Integration
To activate the Teamtailor integration, you must be an existing Teamtailor customer with an active Teamtailor account.
If you are not yet a Teamtailor customer, you can either:

Purchase Teamtailor directly through the ADP Marketplace by navigating to our CORE listing.

Once you have an active Teamtailor platform you can buy and activate the integration. The ADP Workforce Now (current and Next Gen) integration is available for purchase on the ADP Marketplace by accessing the CONNECTOR listing:

⚠️ Important: If your organization uses ADP Workforce Now Next Gen, an additional configuration is required in ADP before enabling the Teamtailor connector.
Before activating the connector, contact your ADP MAS Support Representative or ADP Workforce Now Support Representative to complete the required configuration on the ADP side.

If you're using Workforce Now Current Gen, no additional configuration is required. Continue with the setup/Activation instructions below.
Activating the CONNECTOR integration (NA and CA)
Please login to your Teamtailor account. This is to keep in mind that, the account must be setup under NA stack (check this with your point of contact in tematailor)
Start by creating an API key in Teamtailor with Admin read/write scope. The Teamtailor account must be setup under NA stack.
Only admins have access to create API keys in Teamtailor, read more about that in this support article.
After creating the Teamtailor API key you navigate to the ADP marketplace to purchase the ADP Workforce Now x Teamtailor Connector. During the purchase you will be prompted to provide the API key (click 'edit' where it says 'Teamtailor requires additional information').

After the purchase is completed you will see a confirmation screen. You will also receive two emails:

Action required: Data access request for Teamtailor Integration
To continue the activation process you need to provide consent for Teamtailor to access your company's ADP data. To provide consent you either click the blue 'manage consent' button in the confirmation screen, or you do it via the email you receive from ADP. You will be redirected to the ADP Consent Manager.
Click 'manage' and accept. The Teamtailor Connector integration will be added to your allowed authorizations.
Manage App and Assign Users
If you click the app tile it will open Teamtailor, which will automatically sign you in using SSO. Or you stay in ADP and hover over the app tile, and click on the settings symbol so see two options:

Clicking "Manage App" will open the general menu. In this menu you can update the subscription, see the order history and also start assigning users.
Clicking 'Assign Users' will allow your to assign / unassign ADP users to the integration. Note that the account of the Purchaser will be automatically assigned to the ADP Connector app as company admin.
Activating the CORE integration (NA and CA)Please note: Purchasing Teamtailor through the ADP Marketplace only provides access to the Teamtailor platform. After completing the purchase, you must first activate your Teamtailor account. Once your account is active, you can purchase the ADP connector and complete its activation.

Once your purchase of Teamtailor is completed, and your Teamtailor platform is created, we can proceed to activate the ADP Workforce Now integration.
In your ADP marketplace account you now see the "in progress" Core app
Once your contract with Teamtailor is signed our team can make the integration available on your ADP Workforce Now account.
How to update subscriptions
In the "Manage App" menu you go to the "update subscription" tab. Here you can select a different subscription and complete the process.
Getting started in Teamtailor
To activate the integration, navigate to the marketplace - accessible from any page within your Teamtailor dashboard, by clicking on your company name at the top right corner.
