By activating the ADP iHCM NL integrations, you'll be able to add triggers that automatically send candidates from Teamtailor to the ADP iHCM onboarding module.
Requirements in ADP iHCM
Before setting up the integration, make sure your ADP iHCM account meets these requirements:
"Next Gen" must be activated and in use in the customer's iHCM instance.
"Next Gen User Management" must be activated and in use in the customer's iHCM instance.
iHCM 2 Org Management must be activated/in use. If you're unsure whether this is enabled, check with ADP support.
Profile Filters must NOT be activated.

Getting started in Teamtailor
To enable the integration between ADP iHCM NL and Teamtailor, you connect your existing ADP iHCM account to Teamtailor through our Marketplace page. Head over to the marketplace in the Teamtailor application, search for ADP iHCM Netherlands/NL and click Activate.
You will be redirect to the settings. To finalize the installation you must add the Client ID and Client Secret that is provided by ADP. Before ADP provides the credentials you have to sign a 'client instruction agreement' with ADP.
In order for this integration to work, you need to set up some custom fields on your Teamtailor account. Go to the settings in your Teamtailor application and find 'custom fields'. Click 'new custom field' to start adding the below fields:

Set up the trigger in Teamtailor
Now the integration is activated you can head over to one of your jobs in Teamtailor. From the applications view, you should click on the Triggers symbol (1).
Select the stage from which you want the transfer to trigger by clicking the ➕ (2) in that stage and select the 'Send ADP iHCM Netherlands webhook'. Alternatively you can manually trigger the integration directly from the candidate card.
You will be prompted to complete the trigger configuration. The field options are fetched from your ADP iHCM account. The options you select are used to allow a smooth onboarding and to connect the candidate to the correct manager, job, company (legal entity), and work location in ADP iHCM.
When the trigger is activated by moving a candidate into the stage, the candidate will be automatically transferred to ADP iHCM. Make sure the candidate has the first name, last name, email and mandatory custom fields filled (hire date, birth date, gender, salutation).

After selecting the options and triggering the integration, you can start the onboarding of the candidate in ADP iHCM.
Step 1
Log in to ADP iHCM and click “Add an employee” from the dropdown
Step 2
On the Onboarding page click “Add an employee” again
Step 3
ADP will enable the "AllowExternalSystemOnboarding" parameter to make the dropdown visible in the onboarding area.
Note: Please be informed that you'll need to raise a ticket with ADP Client Services to have this feature enabled. Unfortunately, this cannot be configured without assistance from the ADP Support team.
Step 4
On the New starter tab pick “Select from a list”. Then find the candidate you transferred from Teamtailor. You will see that part of the data fields are already completed based on the data you transferred from Teamtailor. Finish the form and submit to complete the process.
