A lead page is a powerful alternative to traditional job ads, designed to engage passive talent more effectively. With passive talent on the rise, it’s essential to keep recruitment candidate-centric. That’s why we created this page, to connect with this growing talent pool.

Unlike standard job postings, a lead page is a concise campaign page with a single purpose: initiating a conversation. Instead of asking candidates to apply, you’re simply inviting them to chat and learn more about the role in question.

Three reasons to use a Lead page:

  • Capture the attention of hard-to-reach talent and spark curiosity.

  • Stand out from the sea of job ads and extensive application processes.

  • Build a pipeline of potential candidates for you and your team to engage with.

Create a Lead page

Head over to Content, click + Create page, and choose Lead page in the list of options.

Each lead page is connected to a job to which potential candidates are added, so start by choosing which one from the drop-down menu. Finish by giving the page an internal name in Content and click on Create lead page.

Main Content

Many qualified candidates open to new opportunities don’t actively apply for jobs. Use the lead page to showcase what makes the role appealing and encourage them to share their contact details for a conversation.

Customize your page under Main Content to align with your brand, attract the right candidates, and highlight why they should be interested in your company! Personalize the header, description, button text, response time, and image to make a strong impression.

Supporting Content

In this section, highlight key facts about your company to generate interest in the opportunity. These will appear on the left side of the page. Aim for a professional yet engaging tone.

To add content, click the + under Supporting Content. You can also use this section to view and edit any content already added. The content will then be displayed in a text slideshow on the left side of your lead page.

Publish the page

When you’re happy with the page, head to the Content overview and publish the page by changing the status from Draft to Published.

Lead candidates

Once you've captured the candidate’s interest, they can submit their contact details (email address or phone number). This will automatically create a candidate profile and link them to the job associated with the page, allowing you to reach out. You’ll be able to identify candidates from the Lead page by the "Lead" tag and the source displayed in their profile.

Time to reach out and start the conversation!
