The Teamtailor Requisition feature enables your company to use a customisable form that needs to be filled out and approved before any user can create a new job. Allowing you greater control over what jobs are published, while also documenting and tracking relevant job data effectively. You can read more about it here.
A Company Admin user needs to request this feature to be added by your Teamtailor contact person or support team. Please note that this feature may come with an additional cost.
Let’s explore the new tabs that appear once the feature is activated!
The Requisitions tab
Once the requisition feature is enabled on your account, you will notice new tabs you can access. Under the main Jobs tab, you can now switch between viewing the jobs and requisitions.
Here, users will see the requisitions they have access to, arranged from newest to oldest. It shows some of the key details of the requisition as well as the next approver(s) in the ongoing approval flows.
In the top right-hand corner, you can find options to search, bulk select, filter, and export the requisitions. The data will be sent to your email address with the export attached.
Right below the title of the requisitions are color-coded badges indicating the current status and showing additional information without you having to open the requisition.

Filters
Understanding the filter options is essential for navigating and finding requisitions, particularly when exporting them. The data you export will include only the requisitions currently visible in your requisitions overview tab.
By default, archived requisitions are not shown in the requisitions overview. However, you can choose to include them and apply filters based on the archive reason. To do this, activate the filter options and then toggle the switch labeled Include archived.
The Assignee filter helps you easily find requisitions where you are involved, whether as an approver, recruitment lead, or creator. You can also use this filter to display only the requisitions that are awaiting your approval. You can read more about how to approve and deny a requisition here.
