Save filters as segments
After applying your search filters, you can save them as a segment. This lets you quickly return to the same filtered view whenever you need. There are three types of segments:
Department & Roles
Find candidates who belong to a specific department and/or role.Company segments
Segments created and shared by Company Admins for everyone in your organization. My segments
Segments you’ve created yourself. These are only visible to you.
To create a new segment, click on + Add filter to customize your search using the available options and/or by adding a free text search. Once you're happy with your results, click on Save as segment.
Give the segment a suitable name and emoji to customize it. Finally, click on Create segment, and your segment will be saved under the My segments section.
As a Company Admin, you'll have the option to make the segment available to all users in your account by adding it under the Company segments section. To do this, simply check the "Make segment appear for all users" box before creating the segment.
If you modify any of the search criteria, you'll be given the option to either update the existing segment or save it as a brand-new segment.
