By activating the THT integration, you'll be able to add triggers that automatically send assessments to candidates.

Getting started in Teamtailor
First things first, to enable this integration you must have an agreement with THT so start by reaching out to your contact person at THT. Afterwards, the technology team of THT will provide company access credentials to use the integration (clientId, clientSecret, companyId).
To enable the integration in Teamtailor, you connect your existing THT account to Teamtailor through our Marketplace page. Head over to the marketplace in the Teamtailor application, search for THT, and click Activate.
Step 1. Activate THT in the marketplace of the Teamtailor application
You will be redirected to the activations page in your settings where you can add your THT ClientID, ClientSecret and CompanyID.
Step 2. Add your THT information
Set up the trigger in Teamtailor
Now the integration is activated you can head over to one of your jobs in Teamtailor. From the applications view, you should click on the Triggers symbol (1).
Select the stage from which you want the transfer to trigger by clicking the ➕ (2) in that stage. Candidates that are moved to this stage will be automatically send an email to the assessment.
Select the THT webhook to add the trigger.
Select the type of questionnaire you want to activate in the stage. (Note: If you choose a Competencies test, it's necessary to select which competence you want to evaluate; otherwise, the test won't be activated).
Review the reports
Once the candidate completes the test, Teamtailor will be notified that the test has been finished, and they will be able to download the PDF file containing the basic test report. (Note: If the recruiter wants more information about the test, they should contact THT).
Important:
These results can be downloaded within a period of 10 days.
The process of sending the results will incur a charge within the THT platform. For this reason, if the user does not have enough talents (THT's charging currency), they will not be able to download the test results and will need to get in touch with a THT advisor, This is the message if the user does not have enough talents (THT's currency) to download the results.
