Start by activating the feature under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Job ad creation, toggle on Suggest job application questions:
Based on the job ad Co-pilot can help you suggest questions to use in the application form.
Start by opening the editing mode for the job in question and here the Application step. Scroll down and click Suggest questions under the Questions section. 5 new questions will be added each time the button is clicked, and from these, you can choose which ones you wish to use.
Please note that the questions are not saved until you save the job.
💬 If you are using Career sites in multiple languages it will generate the answers based on the chosen job ad language in the job.
If not it will use the company's career site language chosen under Settings → Content / Career site → Language.
