Start by activating the Interview kits feature. Under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Job ad creation, toggle on Suggest skills and traits:
Co-pilot can suggest skills and traits in the Evaluation step of creating a job. It will base its suggestions on the added job description.
It adds four skills and four traits, each with a suggested weight. Initially, it attempts to select relevant ones that you've already created in your account. If none are found, it will create new ones. You have the flexibility to remove any you don't want and adjust the weights as you see fit.
💬 If you are using Career sites in multiple languages it will generate the skills and traits based on the chosen job ad language in the job.
If not it will use the company's career site language chosen under Settings → Content / Career site → Language.
