To make relevant decisions/actions, we believe it's important to find relevant candidate information at the right time. The candidate card gives you a clear information hierarchy, a clear distinction between information linked to a specific job application, as well as a flexible modal that allows you to keep focus on what is relevant at the stage of the recruitment process you are at.

Let's take a look at some of the main features you can find on the candidate card:

To make sure you’re reviewing the relevant information for the position in question, the candidate card gives you a clear differentiation of information associated with a particular job application. In this screenshot, all data displayed is linked to the application for the Account Executive job. Practically, this means any other information linked to any other application will be hidden to make sure you focus on what’s relevant.

You will also be able to access the candidate card without a specific job application selected. This will show all the candidate data available to all users with access to the candidate.

In the action bar, we collect everything the recruiter needs. The action bar can easily be accessed at any given time when reviewing a candidate’s profile.

Ensure you review what’s relevant right now by displaying and hiding different sections.

The side menu helps you locate the right section faster. Simply drag and drop the section where you want them. The order you choose is saved locally in your browser for your user.

Stay connected with the candidate by having the candidate's name and profile picture remain at the top of your screen at all times.

Enable the Wide-screen mode to hide the right-hand side, and focus on the candidate information without distractions.

You can apply filters to the Activity, Comments, and Messages to view data related to the job or all jobs.
