A Company Admin user needs to activate Co-pilot in the Add-on feature center to get started.
Once activated, the Skills and traits suggestions feature can be toggled on/off under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Interview preparation.
Co-pilot can suggest relevant skills and traits in the Evaluation step when creating a job, based on the job description you’ve added.
Co-pilot adds four skills and four traits, each with a suggested weight. It will first try to use relevant ones already available in your account, and if none are found, new ones will be created. You can remove any suggestions and adjust the weights as needed.
Skills and traits marked with the Co-pilot icon indicate that they were generated from scratch.
If you are using Career sites in multiple languages it will generate the skills and traits based on the chosen job ad language in the job.
If not, it will use the company's career site language chosen under Settings → Content → Career site.
