With our Requisitions feature, your company sets up a customizable form that needs to be completed and approved before a new job can be created. This way, you maintain control over published jobs while easily tracking and documenting job data. Learn more about setting it up here.

A Company Admin user needs to request this feature to be added by your Teamtailor contact person or support team. Please note that this feature may come with an additional cost.

Once the requisition feature is enabled on your account, you will notice new tabs you can access. Under the main Jobs tab, you can now switch between viewing the jobs and requisitions.

List view

In this view, you can see all the requisitions you have access to, displayed from latest to oldest. Requisition details are shown, along with the next approver(s) in the ongoing approval flows.

Below the requisition title, color-coded badges display the current status and provide additional context, allowing you to access key information without opening the requisition. More details on this can be found here.

Hiring plan

The hiring plan helps your team determine which roles to hire for, align on recruitment goals, and monitor your progress.

It covers the entire hiring process, from the initial start date to the anticipated completion date, and provides an overview of the expected number of hires, along with the key activities that will take place along the way.

Using the information from the requisition form, the hiring process is created, outlining the start and end dates, as well as the expected number of hires.

For each key activity listed in the plan, you can hover over it to see who completed it and view a more precise timestamp, allowing for detailed tracking throughout the hiring process.

User filters

The Created by filter allows you to find requisitions created by a specific user.

The Recruiter filter instead displays requisitions based on the recruitment lead selected in the requisition form.

The Approver filter helps you quickly locate requisitions where you are involved, whether as an approver, recruitment lead, or creator. You can also use it to show requisitions that are specifically awaiting your approval.

You can read more about how to approve and deny a requisition here.

Export

You can export requisitions from both the List view and the Hiring plan tab. The export will only include the requisitions currently visible in the overview, based on the filters you’ve applied.

When exporting, you can choose whether approvers should be split into separate rows in the CSV file. The file will then be sent to your email inbox.
