With the Employees report you will access an overview of your team's activity and performance. Explore data for specific employees by diving into their individual reports.

To access the Employees report, go to Analytics and navigate to the Employees tab.

Employees reports

When you first click on the Employees tab in Analytics, you will land on a report where you can see an overview of all activity by your employees.

Note! External recruiters are not included in this list by default. You need to select the External Recruiter option in the 'User roles' filter to see data about them.

Clicking on an employee's name in the Most active employees cards or the Employees list will open up an individual report for that specific employee.

Individual employee's report

Each active employee in your account will have an individual report of their activity.

All the data is presented in widgets and some can be expanded to display the full data behind the visualization. When you hover over one of the widgets, you will see a button on the top right that opens a modal to show the data. Here you can view and export the data as a CSV file via the 'Download' button next to the date selector.
