Get a full breakdown of the activity in your team and how everybody is doing in the Employees Report. You can also dive into a specific employee's report to see data specific to them.

To access the employees report, click on the Employees tabs under Analytics as shown below.

All employees report

When you first click on the Employees tab, you will land in the all employees report where you can see an overview of all activity by the employees.

Top employees

The first section here shows the Top employees in your company when it comes to activity for the selected time period.

Select by which activity you want to measure your employees with the dropdown on the right. Available options are:

  • Activity: Total of all activity.

  • Hires: Number of candidates moved to the hired stage.

  • Messages: Number of individual messages written to candidates.

  • Moves: Dragging the candidates between stages.

  • Notes: Notes added on candidate cards.

  • Rejections: Number of candidates rejected.

  • Reviews: Added a review using the review feature in the candidate card.

  • Sources: Candidates sourced by an employee. This includes also adding an existing candidate to a specific job.

Employees list

The next section shows the list of all the employees along with the data about their activities. You can also filter this table by roles, departments and recruiters with the options on the top right of the table. To search for a specific employee, use the search bar next to the title 'Employees'.

Note: External recruiters are not included in this list by default. You need to select the External Recruiter option in the All roles filter to see data about them.

Clicking on the employee's name either in the Top Activity cards or the table will open up the report for that specific employee.


Individual employee's report

All the data is displayed in widgets and if you want to view or export the data, you can do so by expanding the widget.

How to expand widgets?

When you hover on the widgets, you can see a button on the top right that will display the data behind the visualisation in the widget.

On click, it opens a modal to show the data. The modal has its own date filter that allow you to see data for any dates. The table can be sorted by clicking on any of the column headings.

If you wish to export the data, you can do so by download the data as a CSV with the download button right next to the date selector.

Let's have a look at the available widgets:

Personal widget

In this widget, you can see basic information about the employee such as:

  • Role

  • Department

  • Active (in Teamtailor) since

  • Last activity (date)

You can also see the total number of jobs they are in as well as the number of people they have hired.

Activity breakdown widget

You can see a detailed breakdown of all the activities of a particular employee within the selected timeframe. You can expand the widget to see the full list. The activities include:

  • Moves: Dragging the candidates between stages.

  • Notes: Notes added on candidate cards.

  • Rejections: Number of candidates rejected.

  • Messages: Number of individual messages written to candidates.

  • Sources: Candidates sourced by an employee. This includes also adding an existing candidate to a specific job.

  • Reviews: Added a review using the review feature in the candidate card.

  • Interviews: Number of interview kits replies created.

  • Hired: Number of candidates moved to the hired stage.

Reject reasons

This widget shows the total number of candidates rejected as well as the breakdown of reject reasons used by the specific employee. You can expand the widget to see the full list.

Top activity and Latest activity widgets

These widgets show the top three activities and the latest activities in the selected time period for the employee.

Referrals

If the employee has referred anyone for a job in your company within the selected time period, details of it will appear in this widget.
