With the Employees report you will access an overview of your team's activity and performance. Explore data for specific employees by diving into their individual reports.
To access the Employees report, go to Analytics and navigate to the Employees tab.
Employees reports
When you first click on the Employees tab in Analytics, you will land on a report where you can see an overview of all activity by your employees.
Most active employees
The first section shows the most active employees in your company when it comes to activity for the selected time period.
Select by which activity you want to measure your employees with the dropdown on the right:

Activity | The total number of activities. |
Hires | The number of candidates moved to the Hired stage. |
Messages | The number of individual messages sent to candidates. |
Moves | The number of candidates moved between stages. |
Comments | The number of Comments added on candidate cards. |
Rejections | The number of candidates rejected. |
Reviews | The number of Reviews added on candidate cards. |
Sources | The number of candidates sourced by an employee. This also includes using the '+ Add to job' option on an existing candidate. |
Employees list
The next section shows the list of all the employees along with their activity data. By clicking + Add filter you filter on specific user roles, departments, and locations. To search for a specific employee, use the search bar next to the title 'Employees'.
Note! External recruiters are not included in this list by default. You need to select the External Recruiter option in the 'User roles' filter to see data about them.
Clicking on an employee's name in the Most active employees cards or the Employees list will open up an individual report for that specific employee.
Individual employee's report
Each active employee in your account will have an individual report of their activity.
All the data is presented in widgets and some can be expanded to display the full data behind the visualization. When you hover over one of the widgets, you will see a button on the top right that opens a modal to show the data. Here you can view and export the data as a CSV file via the 'Download' button next to the date selector.
Now, let's take a look at the different widgets available:
Personal
In this widget, you will find basic information about the specific employee.

Role | User role in Teamtailor. |
Department | Added 'Career site department' in employee profile. |
Active since | Since when the employee has been active in Teamtailor |
Last activity | Which date the latest activity was made by the employee |
Total jobs | The number of jobs the employee made an activity in |
Hired | The number of candidates moved to the Hired stage by the employee |
Activity breakdown
In this widget, you can see a detailed breakdown of all the activities for this specific employee within the selected timeframe.
The activities include:
Item | Description |
Moves | The number of candidates moved between stages. |
Comments | The number of comments added on candidate cards. |
Rejections | The number of candidates rejected. |
Messages | The number of individual messages sent to candidates. |
Sources | The number of candidates sourced by an employee. This also includes using the '+ Add to job' option on an existing candidate. |
Reviews | The number of Reviews added on candidate cards. |
Hires | The number of candidates moved to the Hired stage. |
Interviews | The number of interview kit feedback submitted. |
Top activities
This widget shows the top three types of activities made by the employee in the selected time period.
Reject reasons
This widget shows the total number of candidates rejected during the selected time period, as well as the breakdown of reject reasons used by the specific employee.
Latest activity
This widget shows the latest activities in the selected time period for the employee.
Referrals
If the employee has referred anyone for a job in your company within the selected time period, details of it will appear in this widget.
