The Employee dashboard

Apply to open jobs, refer candidates, and share your company’s jobs with your network to help build your team

Updated yesterday

The Employee dashboard makes it easy for employees to engage with and support the company's recruitment efforts. From one place, you can explore open roles, share opportunities with your network, and refer candidates directly.

Access Employee dashboard

All added users (except users with No access and External Recruiters) will automatically have access to your Employee dashboard.

You find it by clicking on your profile picture in the top-right corner while logged in to Teamtailor.

Open jobs

After the welcome message, you’ll find the first section, Open jobs. Here, all published external and internal jobs are listed, along with their department and location(s).

Choose your preferred layout for how the jobs are displayed, search and filter jobs based on department and location.

Hover over a job to either refer a candidate to it or share the job with your social network. By clicking on a job, it will take you to the job ad where you can apply.

If your company has enabled it, you will be able to see the recruitment progress. This includes an overview of the number of candidates in each phase of the active recruitment:

  • Inbox: Number of candidates in the Inbox stage

  • Screening: Number of candidates in a stage with stage type Screening

  • Interview: Number of candidates in a stage with stage type Interview

  • Offer: Number of candidates in a stage with stage type Offer

  • Hired: Number of candidates in the Hired stage

Set up Employee dashboard

When you start using Teamtailor, your Employee dashboard comes with a default setup to help you get started quickly. As a Company Admin user, you can customize parts of the dashboard to better fit your company.

Welcome message

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find a welcome message presented by your Career Site Manager. To edit the message, hover over it and click the gear icon that appears.

Job highlights

When hovering over a job, you can add a short highlight message shown internally on the Employee dashboard. This helps the job stand out and attract more attention from employees.

Internal jobs

If you’re using the Internal jobs add-on feature, your team will see internal roles listed in the Open jobs section, marked with an Internal tag.

When employees apply through job links accessed via the Employee dashboard, they are automatically tagged as internal candidates, even when applying to externally published jobs.

Recruitment progress

In the top corner of the dashboard, you’ll find the display settings. Here, you can toggle Show recruitment progress on or off.

When enabled, this displays the number of candidates in each stage type of each active recruitment under Open jobs.

Widgets

To make your Employee dashboard more engaging and valuable for your employees, you can add different widgets. To add a new widget, open the Widget library in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

All widgets with the infinity icon (∞) next to them can be added as many times as you want. Other widgets can only be added once.
