By activating our integration with intelliHR, you'll be able to add triggers that automatically send a candidates profile to the "People" section on your intelliHR platform.
Getting started
To enable the integration, you first have to connect your existing intelliHR account through our Marketplace page. Once in the marketplace, click on the intelliHR card and press Activate.
You'll be taken to your Settings/intelliHR section on the Teamtailor app where you can then follow these steps:
First, go to Settings/API Keys and create a new api key
Name: intelliHR
API Scope: Admin
Select: Read
Next log into your intelliHR application at https://intellihr.co/
Once you've logged in, go to your Settings/Public Api Access keys
Click "Create Access Key" (you can name the key Teamtailor for convenience)
Make sure to copy the API key once it's been created.
Go back to your Teamtailor app, and under Settings/intelliHR, paste the key under "IntelliHR API Key"
Now we have to go back to your intelliHR application one more time and copy the url "tenant" from your url bar
Your url will look something like this:
The tenant which we need to copy will look like this part:

Go back to your Teamtailor app and open up the Settings/intelliHR tab
Paste the "tenant" (e.g. teamtailor) under "IntelliHR Tenant URL"

Set the "Teamtailor API key" to intelliHR: Admin - Read
Click Finish Installation or Update
Your integration with intelliHR is now complete!
Set up the workflow on Teamtailor
You can set up the intelliHR trigger and send your new hires data automatically to the intelliHR platform with their attached documents when a candidate card reaches the chosen stage.
To add a trigger:
Click on the triggers tab under applications in a chosen Job.
Go to a stage where you want the event to happen.
Click the plus button ✚ to add the trigger.
Choose require fields:
Business Entity
Business Unit
Work Class
Choose optional fields:
Location
Work Type
Pay Grade
Supervisor (Note: Select supervisor from dropdown after search has completed)
Now every time you move a candidate to this stage, it will tell the Teamtailor application to send their information to your "People" section on intelliHR.
You will also see the candidates card in Teamtailor now has a status of "sent" under the name intelliHR.
Information being sent to intelliHR
The only required information to set up a person from the Teamtailor app to your intelliHR app is a candidates last name. However you can also add the following information to the candidate card and they will also be sent when the trigger is activated.

intelliHR Custom Fields
For intelliHR custom fields to be populated, your custom field name in Teamtailor on the candidate or job must match your intelliHR Custom Field on the "Person".

If a candidate card in Teamtailor also has a Resume or any documents attached, these will be sent automatically when the trigger is activated.

FAQs
Q: What happens if I activate a trigger without the resume but then want to add a resume after?
A: You will need to add the resume directly to the person's card on the intelliHR app.
Q: Do I need to integrate directly from intelliHR to Teamtailor in addition too integrating with Teamtailor?
A: As long as you already have an account with intelliHR, you only need to complete the integration on Teamtailor.
