By activating our integration with IRIS Cascade, you'll be able to add triggers that automatically send a candidates profile to the "HR" section on your IRIS Cascade platform.
To enable the integration, you first have to connect your existing IRIS Cascade account through our Marketplace page. Once in the marketplace, click on the IRIS Cascade card and press Activate.
You'll be taken to your Settings/Marketplace Activations section on the Teamtailor app where you can then enter your:

Click finish installation and your integration with IRIS Cascade is now complete!
Set up the workflow on Teamtailor
You can set up the IRIS Cascade trigger and send your new hires data automatically to the IRIS Cascade platform when a candidate card reaches the chosen stage.
To add a trigger:
Click on the triggers tab under applications in a chosen Job.
Go to a stage where you want the event to happen.
Click the plus button ✚ to add the trigger.
Now every time you move a candidate to this stage, it will tell the Teamtailor application to send the candidates information to your "HR" section in IRIS Cascade.
You will also see the candidates card in Teamtailor now has a status of "sent" under the name IRIS Cascade for confirmation.
Information being sent to IRIS Cascade
The only required information to set up an employee from the Teamtailor app to your IRIS Cascade app is a candidates email, first name and last name. However you can also add the following information to the candidate card and they will also be sent when the trigger is activated.
Field Type: Text, Number or Select
National insurance number
Email ownership (Personal or Organisation)
Address ownership (Personal or Organisation)
Phone ownership (Personal or Organisation)
Phone type (Mobile or Landline)
Field Type: Boolean, True or False
Include in payroll
Field Type: Date
Employment start date
Date of birth

Q: What happens if I activate a trigger and get an error response on the candidate card?
A: See if the error message is descriptive and gives you information on what you're missing. If not, please contact our support team for help.
Q: Do I need to integrate directly from IRIS Cascade to Teamtailor in addition too integrating with Teamtailor?
A: As long as you already have an account with IRIS Cascade, you only need to complete the integration on Teamtailor. However the Client ID and Client Secret will need to be asked for directly from IRIS Cascade.
