Subscription invoices

The user listed as your Career Site Manager will see an additional section titled Subscription invoices, where all invoices are listed. Here you see all invoices with their payment status, invoice date, and amount. You will also be able to download the invoice directly.

In-app purchases and credit card payments

For in-app purchases of promotions and SMS credits using a credit card, you need to add your billing information.

Start by setting up your billing information by following the instructions on the page. Once doing so, you will be able to add a credit card as a payment method.

Once you’ve added your credit card, all in-app purchases will be paid with the added card. Once a purchase has been made, an email will be sent to your billing email with a receipt. You will also see your billing and payment history in the In-app purchases section under Settings → Billing to have full insight.

Teamtailor has partnered up with the company Stripe to provide this service. This means Stripe handles your credit card information and financial transactions, and that your credit card is not stored on our servers. Read more about Stripe here.
