❣️This feature requires permission from all company accounts within the group that will share their analytics data with the parent account. Once permission is obtained, the data from all accounts involved will seamlessly integrate into the parent account analytics, providing a comprehensive view for informed decision-making.

Let's get you started!

This feature is only available if you are using our Group solution. Activation can only be initiated from the Add-on features of the parent company account of the group, or by reaching out directly to your contact person here at Teamtailor.

Working with Group analytics

When Group analytics is enabled for the parent account, as well as all the child company accounts you have requested to be included in the Group analytics, data from all these accounts will be aggregated and presented in the Analytics feature of the parent account.

This means that the reports under Overview will, by default, include data from the entire group, providing you with a comprehensive overview of the recruitment activities within your organization.

You will also be able to create Custom reports, both Snapshot reports and Historic reports, that include data from all accounts in the setup, allowing you to gain in-depth performance insights across all of your accounts or compare data between them. This enables learning from each other and setting common goals!

Filter down the data

Along with the aggregated data, additional filter options are available based on the information you have added within the company accounts of the group. This allows you to filter by Departments, Roles, Locations, and much more, enabling you to pick and choose among options from all the accounts. Potential custom job fields will also be included. The options will always display the field name along with the name of the company account it belongs to, as in the following example:

To see data from the parent company account only, or in combination with data from any other child company, you can always use the 'Company' filter as shown here:

Make use of the data in custom reports

Snapshot reports: When generating these reports, 'Company name' can be added both as a filter and as a new column in your data tables. In addition, all available data sets will collect and present information from all companies added to Group analytics. Again, the options will always display the fields name along with the name of the company account they belong to. Like this:

Historic reports: When generating reports as Data tables, Pie charts, and Bar charts using group analytics 'Company' and other aggregated fields will be available for you to create the reports of your choice. To give some examples:

Data tables: Add 'Companies' as the first column of your table, allowing you to make comparisons of different performance metrics, separated into columns, like this:

Pie charts: Add 'Companies' as the breakdown to your chart. Having selected a Metric, you'll then see this metric broken down by 'companies', like this:

Bar charts: Add 'Companies' as the primary axis to your chart and then select a suitable metric. This will then be broken down by 'companies' along the x-axis, like this:

User access to Group analytics

All users who have access to the Analytics on the parent account will also access data on the Group level. This includes Company admins, Recruitment admins as well as all users given Analytics access via role add-on.

Please notice that the analytics data also will include personal data, such as names of candidates.
