Co-pilot is a set of features in Teamtailor that helps you with your daily recruiting tasks. You're still the captain, but now you have a co-pilot helping you make better recruiting decisions. Powered by OpenAI's GPT AI models, it offers the same technology that powers ChatGPT.
A Company Admin user needs to activate this feature in the Add-on feature center to get started
Co-pilot features
Once Co-pilot is activated in your account, you can select which features should be enabled in Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot.
