Teamtailor believes that all candidates should have control of their data. So we provide a feature called Data & privacy where we empower candidates to handle their data as they see fit. Here they will find your Privacy policy, Cookie policy, request to remove data and/or retrieve their data.
You can access the Data & privacy section in two ways:
Scroll down to the bottom of the career site of the company that stores your data. Here you’ll find the Data & privacy option in the footer.
If you’ve connected with the company, you can access these feature when editing your connected profile.
The different Data & privacy options
Request my data | Give the candidate the possibility to request all information that they have provided to the company. More information on this can be found here. |
Remove my data | Give the candidate a way to request to be removed. More information on this feature can be found here. |
Manage my permissions | If the candidate is connected with the company, they can login to manage their data storage permissions. |
Privacy policy | Displays the privacy policy of the company. |
Cookie policy | Displays the cookie policy of the company. |
Manage cookie preferences | Gives the career site visitor an opportunity to edit the cookie preferences. |
