In these reports, you can follow the activity of your users. Why not take the opportunity to highlight them internally?

Starting off in the Overview tab in Analytics you will find the Users section.

Here you will see an overview of the most active users including their total amount of activities and the top three executed actions. The users will be featured from most active to least active in the chosen time period.

In this report, we break down the user's activity into specific actions. You can also see a trend from the previous period you have filtered on.

Here is a list of the action definitions:

The total amount of Interview kit feedback forms filled out and submitted on candidates

The total amount of messages sent to candidates under the Messages tab

The total amount of notes created by the user

The total amount of candidates rejected by the user

The total amount of candidate Reviews made by the user

The total amount of Scorecards filled out and submitted on candidates

Here we display the referrals made during the selected period. By expanding the widget you will be taken to the full report under Team > Referrals where you can see all the data.

In the navigation menu on the left, you will find a Team section. Here you can see full reports for user activity and referrals.

In this report, you can see the activity of your users during the selected time period. See what activity was performed, by what user, and the total amount of activities. In the Y axis, you see the user who performed the activity, and in the X axis, you see the number of activities.

The activities recorded are all related to candidate management and consist of the actions displayed in the table further up in this article.

Below the chart, you will see the name of the user, and the number of times they performed the specific action. By clicking the downward arrow, you will fold out a list of the candidates related to the action.
