The image library is a central hub for uploaded images and free stock photos. It gives users across your account easy access to visuals they can use when creating jobs, building your career site, and other content.
Company uploads
Company Admins can upload company-specific images to help maintain a consistent brand experience across the platform. Once uploaded, these images are available to all users, making it easy to create content that reflects your company.
Upload an image
Go to Settings → Content → Image library and open the Uploaded section.
Drag and drop image files, or click the + icon in the top-right corner to upload new images.
Image settings
Once an image is uploaded, you will find additional options by hovering over the image and clicking the ⋮ three dots.
Option | Description |
Edit | This option opens the settings for the image, where the following parts can be edited:
Alternative text: A description of the image that improves accessibility for people with visual or cognitive impairments, supporting clarity and navigation. Images missing alternative text will show a small hint in the library, prompting you to add it. 
Tags: Add or create a tag to help categorize the image. Tags can be used as filters in the left menu of the library, where you can also create new ones.

Download | This option will download the image from the library to your device. |
Delete | This option will delete the image from the library for all users. |
Free photos
To help you create engaging content, we have Unsplash integrated into the image library. All images available through Unsplash are free to use. You can find images by adding keywords in the search bar or by selecting one of the pre-existing ones at the top.

Company Admins will see the option to add images from Unsplash directly into the company library under the Uploaded view.
Areas of use
Company Admins can control which images are available in the Uploaded section of the image library. These images, along with those from the Unsplash integration, are accessible to users in the following parts of the platform:
