What is SEO?
SEO stands for “search engine optimization.” In simple terms, it means the process of improving your site to increase its visibility for relevant searches. The better visibility your pages have in search results, the more likely you are to garner attention and attract prospective and existing candidates to your pages.

What can you, as a customer, do yourself?
The most important part is to have a content strategy for your career home page, location pages, department pages, and any other pages you may have created. This strategy should focus on your target group/s of candidates.
A content strategy focuses on the planning, creation, delivery, and governance of content. Content not only includes the words on the page but also the images and multimedia that are used. Ensuring that you have useful and usable content, that is well structured, and easily found is vital to improving the user experience of a website.
Use relevant keywords
If you want your site to rank well for relevant, intent-driven keywords and earn healthy organic traffic, understanding how to conduct keyword research and recognizing which keywords are worth your focus is essential.
Use semantic elements
Semantic HTML refers to syntax that makes the HTML more comprehensible by better defining the different sections and layout of web pages. It makes web pages more informative and adaptable, allowing browsers and search engines to better interpret content.

Click on the three dots and then click on settings
Then click into the SEO -option on the left hand side, and make sure that you have relevant content in the:
Description (will be used as Meta description for the page)
Noindex (If checked, this page will not appear in search engines)
Permanent redirect (Use a 301-redirect to permanently redirect this page to a different URL)
3. For unique Pages that you might have created, you can also edit with the URL in Page --> Settings --> General:
A well-crafted URL provides both humans and search engines an easy-to-understand indication of what the destination page will be about. While using a URL that includes keywords can improve your site’s search visibility, URLs themselves generally do not have a major impact on a page’s ability to rank. So, while it’s worth thinking about, don’t create otherwise un-useful URLs simply to include a keyword in them.
