Unlock achievement badges as you and your team reach key milestones, adding a fun element to your recruitment process. Celebrate your team's progress, recognize contributions, and make hiring more engaging for everyone involved.
Achievement badges
In Teamtailor, you earn achievements by actively engaging in the hiring process. Each achievement is tied to a specific recruitment activity and consists of four badge levels that reflect your progress:
Debut
Rising
Star
Legend
To unlock a badge, you need to complete the associated activity a certain number of times. Each badge level has its own threshold, allowing you to progress until you achieve the highest level: Legend.
Whenever you earn a new badge, a notification will appear at the bottom of the screen, making it easy to track your progress and celebrate your achievements as you continue recruiting in Teamtailor.
Achivement | Description |
Candidate Messages | Each message sent as an email or via SMS to candidates by you. |
Hires | Each candidate moved to the Hired stage by you. |
Job Posts | Each job published by you. |
Lightning Hires | Each candidate moved to the Hired stage by you, within 14 days of submitting their application. |
Nurture Campaigns | Each candidate added to a nurture campaign by you. Adding the same candidate to a different nurture campaign will count as two separate actions. |
Onboarding | Each completed onboarding as part of the onboarding team. An onboarding is only counted once it reaches 100% on the progress bar. |
Referrals | Each submitted general or job referral by you. The referred candidate does not need to be hired for the referral to count. |
Screened Candidates | Each candidate moved from the first stage with the Screening stage type to a later stage in the job process by you. Moving candidates between other stages does not count. |
Sourced Candidates | Each candidate manually sourced into the platform by you. |
Only actions performed using individual features or bulk actions contribute toward achievement progress. Actions that are completed automatically through triggers do not count toward achievements.
Team achievements
To help celebrate you and your colleagues across your organization, newly earned achievements are displayed in a Recent achievements widget. This widget can be found on the start page dashboard and/or the employee dashboard, depending on your setup. Scroll within the widget to view additional badges.
Click any badge to view more details about the achievement, including its description, badge level, progress toward the next level, and an indicator showing which colleagues also have the badge.
My achievements
You can find your own achievements by clicking View my achievements in the dashboard widget, or by navigating to My account → View my profile → See all badges.
Here, you can view all achievements and track your progress toward each one.
Share your achievements
You can share your achievement badges with others. Badges are displayed in order from the highest level achieved to the lowest. The default company logo is included in the image, and you can also choose to display your profile picture.
Once the image has been generated, you can copy or download it and share it on social media or through your internal communication channels.
