We want to ensure that sourcing candidates is a smooth and seamless experience. With our sourcing tool, you can easily add candidates to Teamtailor without leaving the page where you found them. The browser extension works as a helping hand both when scouting for new talent and proactively building your candidate bank.

Additionally, you'll be able to access features from the candidate card directly within the sourcing tool. This allows for further interaction with the candidate, giving you a head start on the sourcing process.

The extension is available in the following browsers:

*The current version available for Safari does not include all the functionality mentioned in this article. We plan to release the updated version of our sourcing there in the future.

When you open the browser extension, make sure you are logged in to Teamtailor. Once logged in, the extension will automatically connect to your account. As long as your login session remains active, the connection to the sourcing tool will stay intact.

If you have access to more than one Teamtailor account, you can switch between your workspaces at the top of the extension:

When you have located someone you want to source into Teamtailor, simply click the extension in your browser and the pink plus sign.

Here you can choose to either upload a resume to parse information from or fill out the fields manually.

Once you have filled out the information you have two options:

+ Add candidate: The candidate is added to the candidate bank and you can continue sourcing more candidates.

Add and view →: The candidate is added to the candidate bank and the candidate card is opened in the sourcing tool.

When opening a candidate through the sourcing tool you will be able to make adjustments that will be reflected on the candidate card inside the platform.
